Who we are

This website is operated by Winning Crowd, Trg Republike 156, 18300 Pirot, Serbia, registration number 65370522, tax identification number 111380042, registered in Serbia for computer programming (activity code 6201). In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that business, and "you" means the person or company using this website or engaging us.

This website

The pages here describe services and are not an offer in the legal sense. Nothing on the site is a quotation, a guarantee of a result, or advice you should act on without talking to us about your own situation. We may change, add or remove pages at any time.

The text, code and design of this website belong to us. You may read, print and link to it. You may not copy it to publish elsewhere, resell it, or present it as your own.

Work we carry out

Every project is agreed separately in writing before it starts: what is included, in which milestones, and at what price. That written scope, together with these terms, is what governs the work. Anything not named in the scope is not included in it.

We are registered for programming work and only carry out programming work: development, technical SEO implementation, migrations, maintenance and related engineering. We do not provide content writing, advertising, link building or social media services.

Search rankings, traffic and sales depend on factors outside anyone's control, including the decisions of search engines and the behaviour of your market. We do not guarantee a position, a volume of traffic or a level of sales, and no statement on this website should be read as such a guarantee.

What you provide

Timelines assume you supply what the scope says you will supply: content, access to hosting, domains and third-party systems, and decisions at the points where they are needed. You confirm that the material you give us, whether text, images or data, is yours to use.

Ownership and payment

On full payment, the code written for your project is yours, and it runs on your hosting and your accounts. Tools, libraries and platforms with their own licences remain governed by those licences. Until payment is complete, we retain the rights in work delivered.

Prices, instalments and payment deadlines are those stated in the written scope or the invoice.

Liability

We carry out the work with professional care. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Serbian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes that cannot be settled between us belong to the court with jurisdiction in Pirot, Serbia.
