E-commerce development & technical SEO

Your store, faster and easier to find.

We build online stores and business websites, and we look after them once they are live. We also move them between platforms without losing rankings, and fix the technical problems that keep customers from finding them.

illustrative examples
  • Indexation. Which pages search engines are allowed to keep, and which ones are wasting the crawl.
  • Duplicate titles across a catalogue. Filters and sorting serve the same page under a hundred different addresses.
  • Structured data. Product, price and availability written so the listing can show them.
  • Render-blocking front end. Scripts and fonts that hold the first paint on a phone connection.
  • Internal linking. Whether a product three clicks deep can be reached at all.
No cookies, no trackers This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. The policy says the same thing.
Static pages, no third-party scripts Every page is HTML and CSS built ahead of time. Open the network tab and count the requests.
Built the way we build for you The structured data, the redirects and the speed pass are the same ones we sell as a service.
What we do

Six things we build and look after.

Most projects use two or three of these, from the first build through the updates that come later.

Not sure which one you need?

Send the address of the site you have now and say what is going wrong. We will tell you what it needs, even if the answer is nothing on this list.

About

A small shop that writes the code itself.

Winning Crowd has been building for the web from Pirot, Serbia since 2019. Work happens directly in the code of your store or site, in short milestones you can follow on a test link. Nothing gets built on a template that somebody else has to keep alive.

We are registered for programming work and we stay inside it. If a project needs copywriting or advertising, we will say so, and tell you what to look for in someone who does that.

  • You see the work on a test link before it goes live
  • Redirects and URL maps are written before anything moves
  • Structured data and page structure come with the build itself
  • The code is yours, on your hosting and your accounts
  • English and Serbian, for the project and for the site
How we work

Four steps from audit to launch.

What each step asks of you
Step 01

Audit

We go through the store or site you have now: what breaks, what is slow, and what search engines cannot read.

What we need from you: the address, and access to the hosting or platform if the site is not public.

Step 02

Plan

A written scope with pages, features and milestones, agreed before any code is written.

What we need from you: decisions. Which parts you want to edit yourself, what the site must do, and what can wait.

Step 03

Build

Development in short milestones, each one reviewed by you on a test link.

What we need from you: content, access to the systems being connected, and a look at each milestone.

Step 04

Launch & care

Redirects, checks after go-live, and the maintenance that follows.

What we need from you: a launch window that suits your business, and the registrar and hosting access for the switch.

Questions

Questions we get asked first.

Do you work on an existing site, or only new builds?

Both. Most of the work is on a store or site that already exists: fixing what search engines cannot read, making it faster, moving it to another platform, or keeping it running. A full rebuild is only worth it when the current one cannot be repaired.

Will my rankings survive a migration?

That is exactly what the URL map and the redirects are for. Every old address gets a new one before anything moves, each redirect is a single hop, and the site is checked again after go-live.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. We agree at the start which parts you want to change without a developer, and the site is built so those parts are editable. The code is yours.

Do you write content, run ads or manage social media?

No. We are registered for programming work, and we stay inside it: development, technical SEO, migrations and maintenance. If your project needs content or advertising, we will say so and tell you what to look for in a specialist.

Which languages do you work in?

English and Serbian, for both the project itself and the website we build.

How do you quote?

Per project, after the audit and the written scope. A quote before anyone has looked at the site is a guess, and it is usually wrong in the direction that hurts you.
