Who is responsible

Winning Crowd, Trg Republike 156, 18300 Pirot, Serbia, registration number 65370522, tax identification number 111380042, is responsible for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at winningcrowdsmmagency@gmail.com or on +381 66 059511.

What this website collects

This website has no analytics, no advertising scripts, no tracking pixels and no social media embeds, and it does not set cookies. The contact form does not send anything to us or store anything: it opens your own email application with the fields filled in, and nothing leaves your device unless you send that message yourself.

Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider that records technical request data such as the IP address, the time, the requested address and the browser type, for security and for keeping the service running. We do not use those records to identify individual visitors.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email, phone or through the form, we process what you send: your name, your contact details, the address of your website and whatever you describe about the project. We use it only to answer you and, if we work together, to carry out the project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry, and afterwards the performance of a contract.

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for that purpose, and correspondence relating to work we actually carried out is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. It is seen by our hosting and email providers as part of delivering those services, and by the authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy of it. Write to winningcrowdsmmagency@gmail.com and we will answer within the time the law allows. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
