What it is
A business site has two readers: the customer deciding whether to call you, and the search engine deciding whether to show you at all. The same thing serves both. A page that loads quickly, says what it is in the first screen, and has a sensible structure underneath.
At the start we agree which parts you want to change yourself. Those become editable. The rest stays in code, where a stray click cannot break it.

Questions
Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
Yes, for the parts we agree on at the start. Those are built to be edited; the rest stays in code so a small change cannot break the layout.
Do you write the text?
No. We are registered for programming work and stay inside it. We will tell you what each page needs and what length works, and you or a copywriter supply it.
What about hosting?
We are not a hosting company and we do not resell it. The site runs on an account in your name, with your card on it. If you do not have one yet we will tell you what this site actually needs and connect it, and the bill stays between you and the provider.
